Embark on a three-day residential workshop dedicated to delving into the joys and challenges of embracing your high sensitivity. Our focus will be on guiding participants towards thriving as highly sensitive people (HSPs). Set in an intimate small group environment, attendees will delve into the latest research on sensitivity, learn effective strategies for handling overstimulation and intense emotions, and discover ways to feel empowered and resilient as HSPs. Additionally, the workshop will equip participants with tools and techniques to make positive, lasting changes to their self-care routines.
Taking place in the serene surroundings of Gaunts House in the picturesque English countryside, this all-inclusive weekend workshop is designed to provide a safe space for sharing and interaction.
